Vassalboro Recreation Committee Kayak Training 2010
We had 18 sign-up and 15 actually did the program with the 2 groups.
Phil and Pat Innes let us use their land which worked out very well and they have offered it in the future if we would like.
Steve Couture (State Warden) was on hand with his boat and went out with the first group of kids.
Victor Esposito (from the school) Paul Ferria (Maine Kayaking Guide), and Dana Dibiase (Kayaking instructor) were all on hand and went over safety, proper life vest fitting, and went with all of us out on the lake.
Fun was had by all!!!
