Preliminary Plan of Major Subdivision

This is a 2.86 acre lot located on the north end of Holman Day Road. The other side of the lot borders Riverside Drive (Route 201). The proposal is for a four lot subdivision. One of the lots was subdivided from the original lot earlier and a building permit issued in November. A new road will provide access to the other three lots from Holman Day Road. The preliminary sketch plan was introduced at the last Planning Board meeting. The Town of Vassalboro Subdivision Ordinance requires that this be reviewed as a major subdivision, due to the construction of a new road serving more than two lots.
